Our hire is suitable for children aged 4 and upwards. The headphones are fully adjustable and lightweight, making them comfortable for younger children. Three music channels mean you can tailor the playlist to any age group – we regularly supply schools from Year 1 all the way through to sixth form and colleges.

Our hire starts at £100 for 5 headphones. Pricing varies based on quantity — small events (5–25 headphones) from £100–£138, medium events (30–70) from £145–£210, and large events (80–150) from £225–£340. As a general rule, you need one headphone per child attending at any one time. Many schools run the event in shifts — e.g. Key Stage 1 then Key Stage 2 — to keep numbers manageable. Our team can advise on the best approach for your school size.

No DJ needed — our kits are designed to be run by anyone, including teachers and PTA volunteers. Simply connect your own device and play music through Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music or any other source. We also provide free access to our own child-friendly playlist library if you’d prefer something ready to go. Setup takes around 10 minutes, full instructions are included, and our 24/7 tech helpline is available throughout your event. Prefer to leave it to a professional? We offer DJ packages too.

Yes — a school hall is actually one of the best venues. Because music plays through headphones rather than speakers, there’s no echo, no noise complaints, and staff can communicate easily with children throughout. On a nice day, it works just as well outside — the headphones have a wireless range of up to 120 metres from the transmitters.

Yes. All headphones are fully cleaned and sanitised between every hire. They are lightweight, padded, and fully adjustable, with a built-in volume button so every child can set their own level. There are no trailing wires or sharp edges, and we hold full public liability insurance.

We deliver via DPD courier 2–3 working days before your event, giving you plenty of time to test everything. You’ll receive a live tracking notification and a 1-hour delivery window. After your event, we collect the next working day — all included in the hire price.

All equipment is fully tested before dispatch. We always send around 5–10% extra headphones as spares, so you’re covered if any issues arise. Our 24/7 tech helpline is also on hand throughout your event to resolve anything quickly.
