Silent Disco Rental Process

The first booking step is to contact us with an enquiry by email or fill out a contact form with your event requirements. We will then email you back with the rental cost and further details.

If you want to proceed we will require your contact and delivery details. A booking deposit is needed to reserve and guarantee availability. Once the deposit has been paid we will email confirmation of your booking.

No further payment is then due until 2 weeks before the event date, when the full balance is payable prior to sending any equipment.

Preparing Silent Disco Headphones

The silent headphones are cleaned and fully charged. All headsets are counted, and additional equipment checked.

Packing Silent Disco Equipment

The silent disco kit is packed in to flight cases for maximum protection during transit. With every order headphones, transmitters, cables, plugs and instructions are included.

Delivery by DPD Courier Service

We deliver to any UK address. The equipment will be delivered 48 to 72 hours before the event date by DPD. They will text / email a one hour time slot in the morning.

Equipment Arrives – Party Time!

Take out the equipment, power up the transmitters, connect audio devices & party on! We include set up instructions to make the process easy for you.

Return Process after the Event

Pack the equipment back into the box and secure it with the supplied cable ties. Collection is usually the first working day after the event, the courier will notify you of the 1 hour time slot.
